Premier Inn Glasgow Stepps (M80, J3)

Very very poor heating wasn’t working freezing cold room very dirty r carpet sticky single beds poor quality and didn’t have clean sheets not hot food in morning again staff only available after waiting 15 minutes at front desk!! Party’s in other rooms most of the night that keep our children awake!!! Wouldn’t stay here again

Hotel overall is what you would expect from Premier Inn . Details however were not up to the standard I experienced before. Always room for improvement in general cleaning . Very disappointing was restaurant problems . If you experience problem with stuff just have some alternatives ready or inform customers in advance.

Room smelt terrible. One of my cups was still dirty. Toilet didn't flush well and the bed was more uncomfortable than a usual premier inn bed. I was also greated on my arrival at 4pm by the couple next door enjoying themselves very loudly. Fortunately they didn't stay longer than the afternoon and were gone by the evening time

I was in Glasgow to pick up an item. Check in was great, room was clean and warm. The evening meal menu was very limited , and nothing like the menu that was on display in our room. The food came out and was not hot but warm. It was edible. Good night's sleep, and a nice shower in the morning. Went for breakfast at 0730. Had to ask for bowls for cereal as none available. The cooked breakfast looked nice , except for the 2 remaining eggs that were in the tray. They looked as if they were there from yesterday , so I waited until fresh eggs were brought out. When they came out , I selected the food I wanted and went to sit down. The food was cold , especially the "fresh eggs" that had just come out. I went to tell the young lad who was working , and he said he "would tell the chef". Probably the worst breakfast we have had in a Premier Inn. Would I stay here again ? YES. Would I eat here again ? NO

I cannot understand the poor reviews for this Premier Inn, as we have just stayed Bed and Breakfast for one night and there were no problems at all. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful; the room and bed very comfortable and the breakfast freshly cooked and delicious. We would have no hesitation in returning.

Checked in for 1 night whilst visiting the family locally. Staff was excellent, attentive and friendly even when requesting a room change due to smell of smoke. Room was large, excellent bed resulting in a good nights sleep. Breakfast was as great value and breakfast staff super friendly. Would definitely come back…
